Shipping and Returns
When Will My Order Ship?
For orders placed before 12 am (MEZ) all in stock items ship on the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm (MEZ) are processed the next business day, and in-stock items ship the day after being processed. Orders placed on weekends or holydays ship the next business day.

GRIFFIN offers shipping within the E.U. with DPD and worldwide with FedEx or UPS. Charges vary by parcel weight and delivery zone. Because of our high volume, the have allowed us to offer extremly good rates to our customers.

Our shipping rates are calculated by the weight of your order, and based on the actual published rates of our carrier. Charges vary by parcel weight and delivery zone. Because of our high volume, the have allowed us to offer extremly good rates to our customers. We offer actual cost shipping with GRIFFIN: you pay exactly what we pay, with nothing added on. The total amount of the invoice does not include the accruing customs clearance fees of the carrier and the import value added tax of the addresse`s country. These fees are to be charged exclusively by the recepient of the invoice.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns, and there is no need to call for prior authorization on regular items. We do not accept returns on special orders.
